Job description

We are looking for a Community Centre and Cafe Manager to join the team working with homelessness in Oxford, the role is 21 hours per week paying £18000, this is a highly rewarding role, call Charlotte at Completely Care for more information. The community centre and café is open from 5:00-7:00pm Monday to Friday, and from 4:00-6:00pm on Sunday at 10am

The Role
We are seeking a Community Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of the café and community centre. This vital role ensures a safe, inclusive, and dynamic environment, while managing both an engaging programme of activities and a dedicated team of volunteers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the community centre and café.
Create a welcoming, supportive space for guests.
Develop and oversee a diverse programme of community activities.
Recruit, train, and support volunteers and paid staff.
Ensure the centre operates in line with health and safety and safeguarding standards.
Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and partner organisations.
