Location:

EC1N 2HT

Shift Pattern:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6:30/7:00 - 14:30/15:00

Rate of Pay:

£15.00 per hour

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Assist the Head Chef with the preparation and cooking of hot, cold, and bulk menu items according to production plans, ensuring consistency and high quality across all dishes.
  2. Accurately portion, label, and pack food items—hot, cold, and salads (both simple and composite)—ensuring they are delivery-ready and meet safety and quality standards.
  3. Execute dishes based on the menu and production guidelines set by the Head Chef, including preparations for functions and special dietary requirements.
  4. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in line with food safety and hygiene regulations, supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
  5. Work closely with the kitchen team and communicate clearly with the Head Chef and site leadership, providing updates on prep status, issues, and contributing to a positive team environment.
