Job Description
Chef De Partie wanted for this conferencing and events centre based in Central London.

They are offering a basic salary of £31,500 and you will be contracted to 40 hours per week (£15.14ph). However, you will be required to work an average of 48 hours per week. If you work 48 hours here, Monday to Friday, you would earn £39,370 annually.
  • £31,500 per annum based on 40 hours per week
  • Specializing in events, conferencing, and banqueting
  • 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an annual salary of £39,370
  • Overtime after 40 hours paid at time and a quarter (£18.92), weekend overtime paid at double time (£30.28)
  • Location: Central London
  • Predominantly Monday to Friday, with requirement to work one Saturday in four
  • Immediate start available
Working hours will typically be from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm. In the unlikely event you finish after 11:30 pm, a taxi home will be paid. The main work hours are Monday to Friday during the day, with occasional Saturday shifts.
You will be involved in conferencing and banqueting, preparing dishes ranging from canapés and bowl food to seated fine dining dinners for up to 300 guests. You will work within a brigade of 9 chefs, with opportunities for career development within the company. Additional benefits include:
