8-15 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours. £12.21* per hour plus an average bonus per hour of 89p (*rising to £12.51 on successful completion of probation period).

As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. You’ll gain skills and knowledge to sell, serve, and support our customers, including supplier training, product demos, and testing the latest products to build your confidence.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly during our store hours, which typically include weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally from 9am to 8pm, with local variations.

Role overview:

• Asking the right questions to match customers with products.
• Making every customer interaction memorable.
• Offering support services like delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
• Contributing to the store’s sales performance.
• Working across departments and product ranges.
• Supporting store operations with various tasks.
