The Technical Support Engineer provides support to all users by investigating and resolving End User Computing hardware, application, and software issues, from level 1 to level 3. Reporting to the IT Technical Support Manager, this role involves delivering IT technical support for end-user compute and related processes within Multiplex IT. The position is customer-facing, primarily supporting construction sites within the region.
