This post presents an exciting opportunity to become a Team Leader within our Personal Wellbeing service. Commissioned by HMPPS, these services focus on supporting adult male ex-offenders across pathways such as:
Your role involves line management and motivating a team of Frontline Practitioners to achieve our Business Plan objectives, including innovating and reforming Justice Services delivery.
You will work closely with partners like HMPPS, Voluntary Sector, and other Criminal Justice organizations to deliver services, meet contractual deadlines, and ensure compliance and effective reporting. Additionally, you will co-design innovative services to ensure best practices are accessible to all users.
You will foster an environment of engagement and empowerment among staff, promote Catch22’s values, and demonstrate a commitment to the needs of service users and communities.

Successful candidates will require a full UK Driving License and access to a personal vehicle.
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 38 hours/week
Salary: Up to £33,579.00
Location: Thames Valley, Oxfordshire
Screening includes enhanced DBS, HMPPS vetting, and Right To Work checks. No visa sponsorship available.
Working days: Monday to Friday
