As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need to make service run smoothly. You’ll support your team by encouraging collaboration and helping them work well together, ensuring every dish served meets the highest standards.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations.
2. Maintain hygiene levels and adhere to safety regulations in the kitchen to ensure the safety of the team and visitors.
3. Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
4. Organise and coordinate the team during busy service to ensure smooth operations.
