We advise and support management on strategic communications measures, partner with and support stakeholders on decision-making from a reputational perspective, and provide our employees with information and inspiration to excel together every day.

The Business Partner Teams, part of Communications & CSR, are accountable for external and internal communications for Deutsche Bank’s business areas and infrastructure functions. They inform the media, the public, and employees about significant developments. You will become an important member of the Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime Business Partner function within Communications and CSR, with the opportunity to work on bank-wide campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support internal communications plans for Compliance & AFC to engage and inform employees across the bank and within Compliance & AFC.
• Research, write, edit, and publish content that engages the target audience, such as intranet articles, videos, or mailings.
• Assist with internal events: Global town halls, All-hands calls (online), AMA sessions, and MD & D calls (online).
• Shape social media content and drive engagement on MS Teams Groups and Viva Engage.
• Manage external speaking requests in collaboration with internal subject matter experts.

Your Skills And Experience

• A team player eager to join a focused, friendly, and professional team with a hands-on approach.
• Keen learner, calm under pressure, problem solver with strong organizational skills, confident with senior stakeholders, experienced in a fast-paced corporate environment with tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in Corporate Communications is preferred but not essential.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex issues into clear messages and compelling narratives.
• Language skills: English (essential), German (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
