A leading company in the marketing sector seeks an HR Advisor to enhance workplace culture and provide expert guidance on employee relations and performance management. The role involves collaboration with HR teams and supporting line managers on various HR matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, business acumen, and a passion for people engagement. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working arrangements.
