A bit about the job:
As a Counter Fraud Investigator, you will play a key role in identifying and investigating potentially fraudulent motor claims. You’ll be responsible for reviewing cases referred from various sources, conducting thorough investigations, and ensuring that genuine claims are settled swiftly.
This role requires excellent communication skills as you will liaise with customers and third parties while managing your own caseload of active investigations. You’ll need to use initiative, make quick decisions when necessary, and balance working independently with collaborating as part of a team.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Experience in insurance claims, fraud investigation, or a related field.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage a personal caseload and prioritise effectively.
Knowledge of UK fraud legislation, including The Fraud Act 2006 (desirable but not essential).

Salary – Up to £30,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
