As our team has grown and exciting projects have landed, we have opportunities for staff Principal Process Engineer to become members of our friendly, supportive, and creative engineering team across our various offices.

What You Will Do

As the Principal Process Engineer, you will:

  • Oversee the technical delivery of the process engineering scope, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Manage the workload of the process team assigned to your projects (no direct line management required)
  • Produce key process engineering deliverables, including PFDs, P&IDs, heat and mass balances, datasheets, specifications, and calculations
  • Contribute to safety reviews and risk assessments, ensuring compliance and best practice
About You
  • You hold a degree in Chemical Engineering and bring extensive experience in the life sciences sector.
  • You've successfully led multi-disciplinary teams and thrive in dynamic, client-facing environments.
  • Chartered Engineer status is advantageous.
  • You're proactive, innovative, and driven by delivering exceptional results for clients.
