Principal Process Engineer - Energy, Newcastle upon Tyne

This role is with Stantec's Energy team, focusing on the energy transition towards a lower carbon future. Based in any UK office, preferably the Midlands, you will work on projects like EfW plants, district heating, gasification, hydrogen, and biogas.

You will lead a global team, providing technical leadership, managing project scope and risks, and mentoring engineers. Responsibilities include digital delivery strategies, process modelling, and ensuring HSE standards.

About You

Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (or equivalent), experience in energy, water, or related industries, and membership in a relevant engineering institution like IChemE are required.
