Who will you be working with?

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing one-off installers and expanding business with them through a network of merchants and electrical wholesalers in the specified area. Your goal is to achieve targets for selling Baxi domestic solutions, including gas boilers, ASHPs, unvented cylinders, and domestic point-of-use Heatrae Sadia products.

Responsibilities

The role involves working with merchants and electrical wholesalers to promote and sell the Baxi & Heatrae Sadia product range, and to drive sales from installers to merchants. This includes participating in trade events, scheduling face-to-face appointments, and maintaining telephone contact with merchants and installers.

About You

We seek a highly motivated individual who will work diligently using a journey plan to identify and develop new business opportunities within the installer and merchant sectors.

Education & Experience

Experience in our marketplace is preferred, but the key qualities are self-motivation, teamwork, and strong communication skills to effectively sell features and benefits of our products to installers and merchants. Building trusting relationships with key account merchants is also essential.

Additional Benefits

We offer up to five additional holiday weeks beyond the standard UK bank holidays, with the option to purchase extra holidays.
