About the role…
This is an exciting time to join our newly established team! As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play a key role in building and shaping our approach to hiring at the Crick. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for your areas, from sourcing and attracting top talent to selection, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
Bringing your proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders, you will have the opportunity to shape recruitment practices across departments. By developing innovative strategies, you'll build diverse talent pipelines that support our hiring plans with a strong focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion.
You will also play a key role in enhancing our employer brand by creating compelling content that highlights our values and culture, ultimately strengthening our employee value proposition and supporting our hiring efforts.
This is a great opportunity to involved in the establishment and development of a TA function playing a pivotal role as we shape the future of recruitment at the Crick.
