Business Development Manager / Field Sales Executive

Up to £35,000 DOE + high uncapped OTE

We are recruiting for a Field Sales Business Development role with a company that offers a wide range of business tech services, including:

• Security (CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Fire Systems)
• Telecoms (Telephone Systems, Connectivity & Mobile)
• IT (provision and support)
• Managed Print Services (Photocopiers, Printers, Scanners)

One of your initial responsibilities will be to sell your own specialist product area into the existing customer base. For example, if you have a background in Managed Print / Photocopier sales, you will aim to sell this service to current customers who are already using other services of the company.

Proven B2B sales and new business development experience within one of these specific product areas is essential. Your existing knowledge will enable you to sell additional products and services to your customers, creating multiple revenue streams for sales and profit generation.

This role is based out of their offices in North Lanarkshire & West Lothian. It is a 360-degree sales position where you will identify, pursue, arrange meetings with prospects, and close sales opportunities throughout Central Scotland, leveraging multiple products and revenue streams.

You will be responsible for developing and growing your accounts, creating further opportunities through the range of business services the company provides. The ideal candidate must be personable, self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and hold a full driving license with their own car. An additional car allowance is included in the package.

This position offers significant earning potential and rewards sales achievement. The basic salary is up to £35,000 depending on experience, with top performers earning double through bonuses. An additional car allowance or company car is also provided.
