Delivery Manager

Liverpool (Hybrid)

Concerto (Part of Bellrock Group) is seeking a proactive and experienced Delivery Manager to lead client onboarding and implementation projects. Responsibilities include managing resource capacity, scheduling, project management, risk mitigation, and financial forecasting to track revenue versus budget.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead onboarding consultants in delivering onboarding projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Manage team capacity and scheduling across multiple projects
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project and revenue risks
• Act as escalation point for project issues
• Collaborate with finance and leadership for revenue forecasting
• Track budgets, billing, and profitability
• Provide status updates to stakeholders
• Facilitate project meetings and workshops
• Drive process improvements and best practices
• Contribute to the evolution of delivery methodology

Skills & experience:

• Proven experience as Delivery or Project Manager in SaaS or tech environment
• Knowledge of facilities or property management (a plus)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Experience with Hubspot CRM
• Strong financial skills in forecasting and budgeting
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
• Certifications like Agile, PRINCE2, or PMI-PMP are desirable

Working arrangements
