Job Description

Delivery Manager

Location: Liverpool (Hybrid)

Concerto, part of Bellrock Group, seeks a proactive and experienced Delivery Manager to lead client onboarding and implementation projects. Responsibilities include managing resource capacity and scheduling, project management, reporting, risk mitigation, and financial forecasting to track revenue against budget.

Key Responsibilities

1. Direct onboarding consultants in end-to-end project delivery.
2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
3. Ensure timely, within scope, and within budget project delivery.
4. Manage team capacity and scheduling across multiple projects.
5. Identify and mitigate project and revenue risks.
6. Act as escalation point for project issues, ensuring resolution.
7. Collaborate with finance and leadership on revenue forecasting.
8. Track budgets, billing milestones, and profitability.
9. Provide status updates to stakeholders.
10. Facilitate project meetings and workshops.
11. Drive process improvements and best practices.
12. Contribute to the evolution of delivery methodology.

Skills & Experience

1. Proven experience as Delivery or Project Manager in SaaS or tech environments.
2. Knowledge of facilities or property management is a plus.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet).
5. Experience with Hubspot CRM.
6. Strong financial skills in forecasting and budgeting.
7. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
8. Desirable certifications: Agile, PRINCE2, PMI-PMP.

Working Arrangements
