Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Leigh-on-Sea, Essex – Hybrid: 3 days in the studio in Leigh-on-Sea and 2 days remote (Candidate must live within 1 hour of Leigh-on-Sea)

Salary: £37,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday – Friday)

The Role

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be the architect of their clients’ marketing initiatives. Your strategic acumen will shape campaign trajectories, craft narratives that captivate audiences, and elevate brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Leadership: Devise and execute innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance online presence and drive engagement.
  • Client Relationships: Build trust and act as the digital lead across your portfolio.
  • Performance & Reporting: Manage reporting processes, present insights, and make data-led recommendations to evolve campaigns.
  • Digital Growth: Identify upsell opportunities and help clients evolve their digital presence over time.
  • Seamless Collaboration: Work with design, content, and web teams to ensure successful execution aligned with client objectives.
  • Adaptability: Manage diverse projects, from local branding to national campaigns for industry leaders.

This is a mid-level role requiring approximately 3-5 years of experience, with familiarity in formulating marketing strategies including:

  • Organic Social: Content ideation, creative briefing, scheduling, and engagement management.
  • Digital Advertising: Creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google.
  • Content Marketing: Writing engaging content for discoverability.
  • SEO: Understanding SEO tools, ranking, audits, and traffic analysis.
  • Email Marketing: Content creation, campaign setup, and scheduling (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Reporting: Monthly analysis across channels and providing insights to clients.
