We're Hiring: Ward Manager
Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Ward Manager in a full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday). We're looking for an experienced and motivated leader who is registered with the NMC and passionate about delivering high-quality care. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £47,494–£53,448 DOE, plus a £5,000 Welcome Bonus. If you're ready to take the next step in your nursing leadership career, we want to hear from you!
Job Purpose
To provide clinical management and leadership of the full nursing team on the ward, acting as a highly visible role model and mentor. The post-holder is responsible for overseeing and maintaining high standards of nursing care, providing advice and support from a nursing perspective, and managing the ward environment and resources.
