We are looking for a results-driven Channel Manager to lead and expand the partner network across the UK and Ireland. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through distributors and resellers by executing go-to-market strategies and building strong, collaborative relationships. The role involves planning, forecasting, and managing channel activities while acting as a critical liaison between internal teams and external partners. Accountabilities:

  • Manage and grow commercial relationships with distributors and resellers in the UK and Ireland.
  • Design and implement partner business plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Motivate, support, and enable partners to keep the company top-of-mind within their customer base.
  • Identify and build strategic alliances that increase value and drive market expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and customer teams to ensure a seamless partner and end-user experience.
  • Represent the company in the channel ecosystem, coordinating joint activities and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales and partner management within the tech industry.
  • Proven success in managing both reseller and technology partnerships, with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, authentication, or identity management technologies.
  • Ability to confidently engage in both business and technical conversations with partners and customers.
  • Highly self-motivated, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while being a team player across departments.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK, Ireland, and internationally when required.
