As a Branch Supervisor based in Dungannon, you’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting the Branch Manager in running the branch’s day-to-day activities, including all operating processes and procedures
• Taking charge when the Branch Manager is unavailable
• Supervising and motivating the team to achieve branch goals
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers
• Resolving issues with orders and customer deliveries
• Helping to develop the customer base, improve retention, satisfaction, product mix, and range
• Identifying and recommending plans to improve profit

This is a full-time, permanent role working hours from Monday to Thursday, Friday, and alternate Saturday mornings.
