As a Branch Supervisor based in Dungannon, you’ll be responsible for:

Supporting the Branch Manager in running the branch’s day-to-day activities, including all operating processes and procedures.

Take charge when the Branch Manager is unavailable.

Supervise and motivate the team to achieve branch goals.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

Take responsibility for resolving issues with orders and customer deliveries.

Help to develop the customer base, improve retention, satisfaction, product mix and range.

Identify and recommend plans to improve profit.

This is a full-time, permanent, role working 42.50 hours per week Monday to Thursday 07.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 07.30am - 4.00pm and alternate Saturday mornings from 09.00am - 12.00pm.
