Branch Supervisor - Dungannon - Bassetts

As a Branch Supervisor based in Dungannon, you’ll be responsible for:

1. Supporting the Branch Manager in running the branch’s day-to-day activities, including all operating processes and procedures.
2. Taking charge when the Branch Manager is unavailable.
3. Supervising and motivating the team to achieve branch goals.
4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
5. Taking responsibility for resolving issues with orders and customer deliveries.
6. Helping to develop the customer base, improve retention, satisfaction, product mix and range.
7. Identifying and recommending plans to improve profit.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 42.50 hours per week: Monday to Thursday 07.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 07.30am - 4.00pm and alternate Saturday mornings from 09.00am - 12.00pm.
