The Role:
Join our vibrant HR team at the newly "outstanding" New City College! We focus on excellence in education and professional development. We seek an HR Systems, Reporting, and Data Coordinator to manage and enhance our HR systems including iTrent, Business Objects, and Power BI. This role will ensure data integrity and provide valuable insights and comprehensive reporting. The role covers our college group and requires travel.
Who You Are:
Extensive experience with HR Systems in education or public sector, including system configuration, maintenance, and module development. Knowledge of Business Object is essential; experience with iTrent and Power BI is highly desirable. Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel), attention to detail, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills are required. You should be self-motivated, customer-focused, capable of handling a demanding workload, and maintain confidentiality. A degree or professional qualification in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience, is necessary.
