Job description

Customer Engagement Operations Specialist, Maidenhead

SRG is collaborating exclusively with a leading pharmaceutical company to find a new Customer Engagement Operations Specialist for an initial 12-month contract. The successful candidate will work with In-field teams, Brand teams, medical review, and others to develop and deliver engaging, behaviour-changing promotional and educational meetings. The client seeks individuals with excellent organization and project management skills, and knowledge of the ABPI code of practice.

Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate proactively with In-field & brand teams to develop therapy area expertise.
  • Stay updated on therapy area changes, new SmPC, and Prescribing Information, working closely with the TA Brand Team and medical review teams.
  • Monitor incoming meeting requests, review and approve them per company policies, SOPs, and the ABPI Code. Provide training and assistance to in-field teams as needed.
  • Ensure all meetings and interactions with HCPs and HCOs are compliant, reviewing arrangements, content, and logistics.
  • Create, review, and approve meeting materials in collaboration with meeting owners, including promo-mats and bespoke materials, working with other functions as necessary.
  • Prepare key documents for meetings and manage Transfer of Value (ToV) disclosures for audit purposes.
  • Complete post-meeting activities, including sharing feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Skills and experience required:
  • University degree or diploma in life sciences or relevant experience.
  • Experience with the ABPI Code of Practice or similar regulations.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat at a basic level.
  • Experience in the Pharma/Healthcare industry is advantageous.
  • Project management or meeting organization experience is desirable.
  • Experience with Promo-Mats, Veeva, SharePoint, or similar systems is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and confident communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills are a plus.
