Team Leader Role in DX Operation

The team leader will provide first-line management within the DX operation, supervising staff, identifying training needs, and supporting the shift manager to run the operation effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the Shift Manager in achieving operational productivity and KPI targets by communicating key performance information to all staff levels.
2. Lead resources to meet productivity goals and foster positive relationships to develop staff skills.
3. Oversee induction and ongoing training for new and existing staff.
4. Support high standards of health and safety within the site.
5. Encourage a positive working environment that ensures excellent customer service and maximizes revenue.

Additional Information

Previous supervisory or team leader experience in logistics or warehouse environments is preferred, but attitude is crucial. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
