Application Support Specialist Remote £35,000 - £40,000 + Excellent Benefits!

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver looking for a rewarding role in healthcare innovation? We have a fantastic opportunity for an Application Support Specialist to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to improving healthcare workflows through advanced software solutions. This is a remote role, with minimal office attendance in London. Offering a salary of £35,000 to £40,000, plus a robust benefits package, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, international environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Install, upgrade, and test speech recognition and dictation software
2. Apply patches and hotfixes in a controlled, documented way
3. Travel across the UK and Ireland to support software deployments
4. Provide post-implementation technical support and troubleshooting
5. Advise clients on infrastructure and system compatibility
6. Maintain technical and user documentation
7. Escalate complex technical issues when necessary

What Experience Is Required

1. Proficient in RAS, VPN, and remote access tools
2. Solid networking and TCP/IP knowledge
3. Skilled in SQL Server 2016+
4. Proficient with SCCM
5. Knowledge of NHS/healthcare software is desirable
6. Experience with enterprise software support
7. Familiar with speech recognition and dictation tools is desirable
8. Full UK driving licence
9. Willing to travel weekly
10. Own car required

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum.
