Working Hours

Monday to Friday - 8.00am - 5.30pm

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £29,000 - £33,000

Candidate Requirements

As a Business Development Executive, you should demonstrate:

Preferred qualifications include:

  • DAF product experience
  • Knowledge of Kerridge systems
Main Duties

This is a customer-facing, field-based role reporting directly to the Head of Parts Sales. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer account management, maximizing parts sales, and working collaboratively with various teams and customers to meet performance targets.

  • Develop and grow customer base for competitive, all-makes, and trailer parts using CRM systems
  • Provide detailed reports on customer activities, achievements, barriers, and opportunities
  • Foster customer loyalty and increase share of wallet and sales margins
  • Encourage use of manufacturer web-based sales platforms
  • Collaborate with the parts team to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Develop regional promotions and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Manage parts inventory accuracy and operational controls
  • Resolve invoice queries within 48 hours and address bad debt issues
  • Create and execute growth strategies for accounts
  • Engage in continuous learning and development
