Job description

This role ensures that all aspects of a logistics department are coordinated to meet customer demands effectively and efficiently.

Achieving organizational goals through the timely and budget-friendly transportation of incoming and outbound goods.


Duties will include:

  1. Planning and monitoring inbound and outbound shipments
  2. Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and transport companies
  3. Negotiating and securing transportation rates
  4. Ensuring warehouse, transportation, and customer services work in unity and meet their commitments
  5. Tracking and resolving any shipping errors
  6. Preparing and maintaining detailed logistics documentation and reporting them to the Head of Supply Chain
  7. Implementing new projects and strategies to improve logistical efficiency
  8. Complying with all company, local, and government transportation regulations


Your Profile:

  • Educated to A level standard minimum GCSE English and Mathematics
  • Experience in a similar role of logistics, warehousing, or transportation operations
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Able to prioritize work
  • Training ability
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Willingness to take ownership of tasks
