1/ Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Planning: Develop detailed retailer-specific plans by analysing historical sales data, consumer behaviour, and market trends. Prioritize initiatives that align with overall brand goals.
· Point of Sale (POS) Excellence: Create a streamlined process for POS design, approval, and deployment, ensuring materials are impactful and resonate with target audiences.
· In-Store Site Coordination: Establish a clear timeline for site bookings, production, and installation. Build strong communication channels with all stakeholders to avoid delays.
· Brand Presentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare tailored presentations that showcase brand value and innovation to retail partners.
· E-Commerce Optimization: Regularly audit retailer websites for accuracy and opportunities. Suggest improvements to enhance product visibility and boost conversions.
· Performance Monitoring: Set up real-time dashboards to track sales metrics, both in physical stores and online. Use these insights to adjust strategies proactively.
· Competitor and Trend Analysis: Keep an organized system for tracking competitor activities and emerging category trends. Share these insights in regular internal briefings.
· Reporting & Collaboration: Build a consistent reporting structure to capture the performance of all initiatives. Work closely with the Marketing & Business Development Manager to align tasks with broader business objectives.

3/ Desired Background and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: 3–5 years of brand management or trade marketing experience, ideally within the fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods sectors.
Retail Expertise: Strong understanding of retail environments (both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce), including experience collaborating with key retailers and optimizing point-of-sale execution.
Passion for the Industry: Demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm for the fragrance sector, with a strong desire to contribute to its growth and innovation.
