Venn Group is currently partnered with a successful and passionate Housing Association seeking to recruit a Senior Financial Planner to join their growing team.

Location:

Kent

Contract:

Permanent

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain the 30-year business plan, including regular updates and scenario planning
• Ensure accurate FFR returns to the regulator of Social Housing
• Provide insightful analysis to drive improvements in business performance
• Manage treasury liquidity across all existing and future loan funding arrangements
• Produce monthly interest, loan amortisation, and treasury accruals
• Monitor monthly and annual treasury covenants, KPIs, and golden rules
• Ensure accurate daily and monthly cash flow forecasts
• Act as the day-to-day contact for external business planning, treasury advisers, and banking lawyers

Experience Required:

• CCAB Qualification
• Experience working in the Social Housing sector
• Experience using the business planning tool Brixx
• Experience using Cloud Financials
• Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance staff
