A leading NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated individual to provide a patient-focused service for sexual health and HIV patients. The role involves managing patient data, liaising with medical staff, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and experience in healthcare settings.
Working flexibly, the post holder will ensure that they provide a patient-focused service in person and on the telephone for sexual health and HIV patients seeking appointments with and under the care of West Middlesex Hospital and Sexual Health Hounslow. They will maintain a welcoming and pleasant environment for patients at all times.
They will ensure that all patient data is entered into the GUM/HIV EPR in a timely and accurate manner.
This role includes close liaison with the multidisciplinary team of medical staff, health advisers, and other Trust wards and departments to ensure continuity of patient care.
