Qualifications

• Ideally two years experience as a senior in a Domiciliary Care Agency.
• Understanding of CQC/CI/CIW compliance is essential.
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle.

Role:

Requirements:

• Ideally two years experience as a senior in a Domiciliary Care Agency
• Motivated to provide first-class care
• Knowledge of scheduling and rota systems
• Understanding of CQC/CI/CIW compliance is essential
• Experience in care assessments, reviews, and motivating staff (preferred)
• Organised, detail-oriented, and methodical
• NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification (preferred)
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
• Registered with SSSC (for Scottish branches)
