About the Role

Here at NOVOS, we are looking for an upbeat and skilled SEO Manager to join our incredible employee-owned digital marketing agency based in London.

Key Responsibilities

1. Challenge and innovate in Organic Search strategies for our clients.
2. Measure and analyze your and your team's successes and innovations, and integrate findings into client accounts.
3. Implement new processes or ways of working efficiently within your team.
4. Ensure your team meets deadlines, providing support and guidance.
5. Share knowledge and findings with the wider team to foster innovation.
6. Form and drive SEO strategies for clients, supporting the Head of SEO and managing the Senior Strategists.
7. Maximize opportunities, revenue, and exposure of SEO campaigns for clients.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in managing a team (around 3 members).
• Strong technical skills in crawling tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, OnCrawl, Sitebulb).
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Headless) is a bonus.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS.
• Experience with ecommerce SEO and working with ecommerce brands.
• Understanding of online shopper behavior and multi-channel SEO strategies.
• Knowledge of the LLM landscape and application of LLMs in daily work.
• Agency, media owner, or client-side experience is essential.
• Commercial understanding of budgets and resourcing.
• Proven track record of growing SEO teams and team development.
• Up-to-date with industry updates, changes, and use cases.
• Ability to simplify complex data.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• History of achieving client growth against KPIs.
• Understanding of other digital channels like PPC, Email, and Social media.
