Job description

CK Group is recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join a diagnostics company, working in the regions of Hampshire & Dorset on a 12-month contract basis.

Salary:

Per Day: £200 - £230 PAYE or £265 - £305 Umbrella (Inside IR35).

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Onsite handling of customer issues and enquiries, liaising with other business areas for support.
  2. Identification and troubleshooting of issues onsite.
  3. Conducting installations, commissioning, and go-live support.
  4. Design and delivery of internal and external training.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant biomedical discipline preferred.
  • Experience in mechanical/electrical engineering troubleshooting.
  • Previous experience working in a hospital or research laboratory.
  • Proven troubleshooting experience with biochemistry equipment, such as large-scale analyzers.
  • Understanding of the diagnostics industry and NHS hospital settings, particularly hardware used in pathology, biochemistry, and blood sciences.
  • Full UK/EU (or equivalent) driving license and own transport.
  • Passport (required for overseas training).
