Job Description:

We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Nottingham. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners and building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and seamless client experience.

This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Client Administration team with high-quality, timely administration activities.
  • Organising client review meetings, preparing meeting packs, and valuations.
  • Handling post and front office activities as required.
  • Sharing best practices with colleagues.
  • Identifying and reporting risks, breaches, or errors.

Qualifications:

  • National 5 (N5) Grade C in Maths and English or above (equivalent to GCSE in England).
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Experience in financial or professional services industry.
  • Strong client service ethic.
  • Studying towards Level 4 qualification preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and workload planning skills.
