Assistant Aftersales Manager - Perrys Vauxhall Barnsley

Hours: to be discussed
Salary: negotiable depending on experience

Perrys are one of the UK’s largest Car Dealership Groups having served customers since 1908 with over 50 branches across the country. Official franchised dealer for many of the UK’s most popular car and commercial vehicle brands, including Ford, Kia, Mazda and Vauxhall.

Assistant Aftersales Manager duties:
• Running the Aftersales aspect of the dealership you will be responsible for Service, Parts & Workshop.
• Managing the team making sure all departments are working to targets daily and following company processes.
• From day to day running of the Workshop, managing the Technicians / Mechanics to achieve maximum productivity, making sure that the Service Advisors are very customer focused and achieved upselling targets to budget and KPI monitoring.
• Looking for someone to manage the team to deliver a first-class service throughout all departments while making sure the team are engaged and delivering on key targets.
• Liaising directly with the Senior Team

Requirements:
• Ideally have experience as an Assistant Aftersales Manager or Senior Service Advisor.
• Must hold a Full UK Driving licence
• Happy to look at someone from a volume or prestige background.
