Job Opportunity: Customer Care Associate at Aegon UK

Training and Development

No prior financial expertise required. You will undergo comprehensive training at our Customer Care Training Academy, gaining the skills needed to excel in your role.

Candidate Requirements
  • Customer service experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Empathy and flexibility in handling customer needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • Starting salary from £24,570, with flexibility up to £27,700 based on experience
