Job description

The National Sales Manager for Purezza will take on the exciting challenge of crafting and implementing dynamic sales strategies aimed at meeting our ambitious company sales goals. You will lead our talented UK Purezza sales team, forging robust relationships with national clients, pinpointing new business opportunities, and collaborating with diverse teams to amplify our market footprint.

As a senior member of our Culligan Sales team, your responsibilities will encompass contract management, commercial pricing, bidding, and cultivating sustainable partnerships with key stakeholders among third-party customers. Our products and services cater to a diverse array of end users, including workplaces, NHS, education, healthcare, hospitality, facilities management, and leisure industries.

Role Overview
  1. Foster essential connections with our Customer Experience, Sales Operations, Marketing, Bid Management, Supply Chain, Field Operations, and Finance teams
  2. Drive innovative sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue, forging robust relationships with clients, and amplifying our market presence across diverse regions
  3. Partner with cross-functional teams, particularly Key Accounts and Regional Field Sales, to not only meet sales objectives but also elevate customer satisfaction
  4. Craft and execute impactful sales tactics to accomplish National and European sales goals, while broadening our market share
  5. Spotlight and explore new business opportunities in various markets
  6. Conduct insightful market research to uncover trends and understand customer needs
  7. Prepare and present engaging sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  8. Provide consistent updates on sales activities, pipeline health, and market insights
  9. Represent our brand at industry events and trade shows, showcasing our products and services
  10. Foster and strengthen relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners nationwide
  11. Analyse market trends and competitor movements to uncover new business opportunities and potential risks
  12. Monitor sales performance metrics, generate reports, and share actionable insights
  13. Offer guidance and support to team members, ensuring they are equipped to excel
  14. Lead negotiations with major clients to secure contracts and close deals aligned with company objectives
  15. Ensure revenue KPIs are met for ongoing customer revenue, retention, and account growth, while achieving profitability targets
  16. Maximise new customer acquisition by identifying potential framework business clients and offering innovative water hydration solutions to enhance revenue growth
Requirements
  1. Demonstrated success in a sales role, ideally on a national scale, with specific experience in the HoReCa sector
  2. In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management
  3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  4. Proficient in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
  5. Results-oriented with a proven history of surpassing sales goals
  6. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  7. Acknowledges the importance of activity generation, consistency, and a disciplined approach to sales success
  8. Strong commercial skills, including listening, questioning, summarising, providing solutions, negotiating, closing deals, and addressing customer concerns
  9. Knowledge of various sales channels within the broader market landscape
  10. Broad business insight with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  11. Proven experience in managing customer accounts effectively
  12. Experience in handling key accounts with a relationship-focused, consultative selling approach
  13. Expertise in building and utilising professional relationships
  14. Previous experience in a remote role, requiring frequent travel to customers, partners, and internal meetings
