Sales Recruitment Strategist & Expert | Elevating Sales Careers

Drive sales success with proven loading solutions!

The role involves understanding our customers’ needs, including Architects, Engineers, Main Contractors, and End Clients. You will influence their product choices by providing technical expertise and guidance, showcasing Loading Systems as a manufacturer of reliable loading bay equipment.

Your key responsibilities:

  1. Expand your network within the construction and logistics sectors, including contractors, architects, and developers.
  2. Develop, manage, and grow the Sales Pipeline using our Salesforce platform, selling proven loading solutions that optimize business operations.
  3. Manage sales processes from initial contact to successful implementation.
  4. Establish and develop long-term partnerships at all levels of the sales process.
  5. Identify and capitalize on market developments.

What you bring: You have the ability to understand customer needs at all stages of the Sales Process and know how to build long-term relationships at all levels of decision-making. With a commercial mindset and strong market insight, you close deals through technical advice, strategic relationship management, and selling proven solutions.

You also bring:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a Specification Sales role within the construction industry, ideally dealing with Main Contractors, Consultants, and End Clients.
  • Excellent negotiating skills and experience within specification sales processes.
  • A track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies.

What we offer:

  • Attractive performance-based bonus scheme with uncapped OTE.
  • 35-hour workweek.
  • 25 vacation days per year, including 3 days during Christmas and national holidays.
