Job Description: Front of House Reception – Mobile Cover Representative

Location: Reading/Bracknell/Slough/Maidenhead/Didcot

Salary: £12.60 per hour

Are you looking for a dynamic and flexible role that allows you to showcase your exceptional reception skills? We are seeking a Front of House Reception – Mobile Cover Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will provide professional and flexible reception cover when our permanent representatives are absent, ensuring a seamless and welcoming environment for clients and tenants through your positive attitude and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide temporary reception cover, managing the reception area and meeting clients' and tenants' expectations
  • Greet visitors and manage their experience professionally and courteously
  • Represent key stakeholders positively and knowledgeably
  • Manage couriers, post, and deliveries efficiently
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Submit weekly reports on site activity
Building Management
  • Develop relationships with clients, agents, and contractors
  • Maintain a clean and professional reception area
  • Ensure vacant spaces are presentable for viewings
  • Collaborate with property and facilities managers
  • Report and resolve issues promptly
  • Prioritize building security
  • Approach problems proactively
Additional Tenant Experience
  • Familiarize yourself with local amenities and site notes
  • Support site events and promotional activities as needed
