Job Opportunity: Mobile Receptionist

Portico is expanding its mobile team of Receptionists to meet the staffing needs of our newest client across various locations. We are seeking an empowered, organized, and flexible Receptionist to join our team.

Shifts:

• Monday – Friday: 8am-5pm, 8am-6pm, 9am-6pm

Location:

Mobile – flexibility required to travel to locations such as Reading, Slough, Uxbridge, Guildford, and London.

Qualifications:

• A positive, 'can-do' attitude and a friendly demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Adaptability and flexibility to perform duties in residential, corporate, and hospitality environments.
• Ability to engage with people at all levels to build rapport and empathy.
• High-end customer service experience, preferably in hotel or corporate settings.
