We’re now looking for a Sales Progressor to join our vibrant media sales team in Newport, playing a vital role in supporting our continued commercial growth.

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at pace? In this pivotal support role, your coordination and communication skills will help ensure smooth campaign delivery and contribute to the overall success of our sales operation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supporting the sales team with a range of administrative tasks
  2. Booking adverts using our specialist advertising system
  3. Liaising with clients to confirm and agree on advert copy
  4. Working to tight deadlines to ensure adverts are scheduled and go live as planned
  5. Responding to ad hoc requests from the Sales Director and wider commercial team
  6. Effective collaboration with a diverse set of stakeholders across departments and client accounts
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Previous experience in a support, coordination, or admin role (media industry experience is a bonus!)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Confident communicator – both written and verbal – with a professional, friendly manner
  • Comfortable using systems and technology (training on our ad system will be provided)
  • A team player who takes initiative and can adapt quickly to changing priorities
