We are seeking a Sales Progressor to join our vibrant media sales team in Newport. This role is vital in supporting our continued growth, requiring high organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Your coordination and communication skills will help ensure smooth campaign delivery and contribute to the overall success of our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Booking adverts using our specialist advertising system
  • Liaising with clients to confirm and agree on advert copy
  • Working to tight deadlines to ensure adverts are scheduled and go live as planned
  • Responding to ad hoc requests from the Sales Director and wider commercial team
  • Collaborating effectively with stakeholders across departments and client accounts
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Previous experience in support, coordination, or admin roles (media industry experience is a bonus)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly manner
  • Comfortable using systems and technology (training on our ad system will be provided)
  • A team player who takes initiative and adapts quickly to changing priorities
