Our Create division specializes in delivering top-tier art, game development, and audio services. We collaborate with major industry players to push the boundaries of creativity and innovation.

We are seeking an experienced and certified Salesforce Admin/Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. This role involves serving as an internal expert for Salesforce, supporting cross-functional teams, and collaborating with an external development partner to optimize our CRM platform in line with business goals.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about operational excellence through Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce, including user setup, permissions, roles, page layouts, workflows, automation, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with external Salesforce development teams in agile ceremonies.
  • Support internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce Inspector for data analysis and debugging.
  • Conduct data audits and maintain data integrity.
  • Identify and implement CRM improvements.
  • Document processes, policies, and configurations.
  • Partner with RevOps leadership on strategic Salesforce projects.
  • Analyze business workflows and provide insights using Salesforce and Excel.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4–5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or specialization, preferably in Revenue or Sales Operations.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (required); additional certifications are a plus.
  • Experience managing complex Salesforce environments across departments.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, schema builder.
  • Strong skills in report/dashboard creation and automation tools.
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with B2B companies or Revenue/Sales Operations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (e.g., HubSpot, CPQ).
  • Basic Salesforce development knowledge (Apex, triggers, Lightning).
