Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and certified Salesforce Admin/Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. This role involves serving as a key internal expert for all Salesforce-related activities, supporting cross-functional teams, and collaborating with an external development partner to ensure our CRM platform is optimized, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain our Salesforce instance, including user setup, permissions, roles, page layouts, workflows, process automation, and integrations.
- Collaborate with an external Salesforce development team, participating in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Provide responsive support to internal stakeholders across departments like Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Build and maintain advanced Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business performance tracking and decision-making.
- Use tools such as Salesforce Inspector for data analysis, updates, and debugging.
- Conduct regular data audits and perform data management tasks to maintain data integrity across systems.
- Identify opportunities for CRM improvements, proactively recommend and implement enhancements.
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and system configuration.
- Partner with Revenue Operations leadership on strategic projects involving Salesforce and related tools.
- Analyze business data and workflows, providing insights using Salesforce and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.).
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in a Salesforce admin or specialist role, preferably within Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (required); additional certifications like Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder are a plus.
- Ability to manage and enhance complex Salesforce environments across multiple departments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and schema builder.
- Strong experience building dynamic reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
- Comfortable participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies with external teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Self-starter with high accountability and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with B2B companies or Revenue/Sales Operations structures.
- Exposure to Salesforce integrations with third-party tools (HubSpot, CPQ, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, triggers, Lightning components) is a plus.
