The role
As a Contract Support Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll manage all customer contract activities in order to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day, you'll greet customers when dropping vehicles to site and handing back vehicles, provide service desk telephone support taking enquiries from customers, booking in maintenance, service and repairs for vehicles. You'll also be responsible for raising tasks on the inhouse systems and ordering parts from suppliers.
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and is based at Walsall.

We value difference and don't have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education, provided you can show the required level of experience and/or willingness to learn then we would like to hear from you. However, a full UK Driving Licence is desirable as there may be a requirement to drive round site.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
