About

Client Delivery Manager – Central Birmingham / Hybrid £55,000 - £65,000 + bonus, 35-hour work week, and great benefits. This profitable and rapidly-growing organisation requires a skilled Client Delivery Manager with proven experience embedding technology into professional services teams.

You will have a history of delivering digital services and platforms that are seamless and accessible for customers, clients, and staff. As Client Delivery Manager, you will lead a small team of Technology Consultants, managing capacity and workload prioritisation. You will help foster a culture of continuous improvement and ongoing development within the client solutions team, while also being involved in strategic decisions and potentially product development.

The role is hybrid, with an expectation of 2 days per week in their central Birmingham office. Monthly visits to Nottingham will be required.

Experience / Responsibilities

• Previous experience as a SCRUM Master
• Experience working in professional services (e.g., finance, insurance, legal)
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of low-code platforms such as Power Platform is desirable
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum practices
