As Director of Sales, you will oversee all aspects of the Sales & Events function—from handling enquiries and securing bookings to organising seamless event execution and managing post-event feedback. The successful candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, with a focus on driving revenue, enhancing guest satisfaction, and expanding the hotel's client base across corporate, leisure, and social sectors.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing the full sales and events cycle: enquiries, proposals, bookings, contracts, and feedback.
Driving new business development across all revenue streams (corporate, MICE, leisure, weddings, and more).
Owning the hotel’s local sales delivery strategy, including social media campaigns and promotional events.
Collaborating with marketing to create and promote seasonal packages and bespoke experiences.
Leading the team in implementing dynamic pricing strategies.
Maintaining up-to-date systems and reporting tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and diary management.
