Our expertise is used to help brands reach new audiences, increase TikTok followers and engagement, and produce compelling content that gets noticed.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing paid social campaigns, leading creative planning, budget management, optimization, and reporting, with experience handling various media spends.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead paid social planning and buying strategies for key clients across TikTok & Meta platforms.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as their main contact.
  • Develop and implement influencer partnership strategies to drive client growth.
  • Create innovative TikTok Shop strategies to increase growth and revenue.
  • Oversee TikTok Shop campaigns, ensuring smooth integration of paid, organic, affiliate, and live content.
  • Guide clients on TikTok Shop best practices, including storefront optimization and platform feature utilization.
  • Provide creative feedback for client campaigns.
  • Serve as a senior strategic contact and escalation point for clients.
  • Coordinate content creation with in-house and freelance TikTok creators and influencers.
  • Plan and recommend budgets for campaigns.
  • Develop proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Manage and develop a team of Account Managers and Executives.
What you’ll bring
  • Expertise in TikTok platform, with full understanding of its features and best practices.
  • Proactive relationship-building skills, with willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Agency experience managing successful accounts.
  • Solid knowledge of TikTok Shop, including shoppable content and live streams.
  • Leadership experience managing teams.
  • Passion for working on paid campaigns.
  • Proficiency with TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager.
  • Experience creating effective media plans.
  • Experience working with multiple brands, either in-house or agency.
  • Strong creative eye for content that converts.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
  • Understanding of TikTok Shop Live sessions and supporting live production.
  • Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate programs, including outreach and performance tracking.
